Shipping charges

Standard shipping is $8 per order. Orders with a qualifying merchandise total of $70 or more receive free shipping. Any applicable discounts are taken into account at checkout. Available shipping options and the order total are shown before payment.

Shipping origin and delivery estimates

Orders ship from Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, China.

We prepare orders for dispatch within 3 days after payment is confirmed. Estimated transit time to the United States is approximately 10 days after dispatch, or about 13 days including preparation. Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs processing and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Delays and cancellations

If we cannot dispatch within the stated preparation period, we will contact you with a revised dispatch estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. For questions about a shipment, contact support@artisanoria.com.

When tracking details are added to your order, you can view them on the Order Lookup page using your order number and billing email.

Please check your delivery address before paying. If you spot an error, email us promptly with your order number so we can check whether the address can still be corrected.
