Can I order now?
Yes. Products are available at the displayed USD prices. Add a piece to your bag and continue to checkout to review shipping and pay with PayPal.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship from Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, China. Preparation takes up to 3 days after payment confirmation. US transit is approximately 10 days after dispatch. These are estimates; see Delivery information.
What does shipping cost?
US standard shipping is $8 per order, with free shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more.
What if my item has a problem?
Email support@artisanoria.com with your order number and details. Please apply within 7 days after delivery. We normally process approved refunds within 24 hours; the payment provider controls when funds appear. We accept returns for confirmed product-related problems, cover the associated return shipping, and support replacement. The return address is supplied after your request. See our returns and breakage policy.
What comes with my piece?
Read the product description and “What is included” section. Photographs may show other pieces. If any detail is unclear, contact us before ordering.
How should I read capacity and dimensions?
Capacity is shown in milliliters and US fluid ounces; dimensions use centimeters and inches. Measurements are approximate. Everyday brewing capacity may be lower than the listed volume.
Can porcelain go in a microwave or dishwasher?
Suitability has not yet been confirmed for these pieces. Check the product-specific care information. Food-contact test reports are not currently available.
Where are my saved pieces and bag?
Saved pieces stay in this browser on this device. Shopping carts use the website session. Clearing browser data or using another browser may change what is available.
